Dean BirdersThis project was the result of two keen birdwatchers getting together and wanting to share their hobby with those that have difficulty getting out and about. We want to set up feeder stations and nesting boxes in the gardens of those people that are either elderly or have a disability and are limited to the house.
Many thanks for their support and funding to the Millennium Awards, 'Forest Voluntary Action Forum' volunteer service, Gloucestershire Lifestyles support group for physical and sensory disabilities, 'South West Forum Community Champions' and 'Forest of Dean Initiatives' - the charity arm of Forest of Dean Housing.
